This archive keeps historical decision logs, early adoption notes, and superseded planning artifacts. These files are useful for provenance, but they are not the current Fairway product path.

The dashboard redesign backlog YAML is retained in this directory as a source-only historical artifact. It is not an active queue and must not be restored into .fairway/config.toml without a new promotion/reconciliation decision.

Archive rules:

• Do not link archived docs from the main sidebar unless they are needed for provenance.
• Do not use archived docs as implementation authority without checking the current docs first.
• Do not edit archived queue YAMLs to drive current work. Promote a fresh task into docs/roadmap/fairway-product-backlog.yaml, then import or reconcile the live Fairway DB.
• Keep private deployment details, secrets, customer data, and repo-specific incident data out of public docs entirely.
